10.31.26 * Halloween Night

The spectacle of Halloween night in South Fort Worth was definitely the @thedownandoutbar . Yes there was a line but once you got in the party was well worth the wait; on a sidenote you know it’s going to be a good night if there’s a motorcycle parked outside of the bar. This needs to become a staple.

Outside on the patio was an assortment of celebrities who left their current situations to come join in with the festivities at the bar. First up was Aileen Wuornos who escaped prison for this fair night to come and dance. Trinity and Neo even left the matrix to come join and Josh Silver and Peter Steele from Type O Negative time traveled from their 1998 Halloween show to come check out the bar.

Inside was packed but the dance floor was on fire. But before heading into the mix I got burger tips from Bob and Linda, met not one but two Ben Franklin’s plus a Roman King and his best Soldier.  There was other Royalties amongst us tonight. The Dinners and Dives King gave his approval by offering the dowry of a ghost waitress, who now haunts the bar forever.

@rikkidont had the party turned up to 11, unfortunately a young girl with an obsession busted her face but the mess was quickly taken care of by a duo of Mr Cleans then blessed by the good Father and Mother. But they must have used the wrong book because a nearby priest took a bite out of an Uncrustable and a portal from wonderland opened allowing The White Rabbit, The Cheshire Cat, and Queen to arrive at the party.

I knew that was my que to go but I lost my wife in the commotion. When I finally found her I told her how I almost got catfished at the bar then ghosted before running into Joe while looking for You.

Outside was just as alive as in. A pair of Chuckys and Tiffany’s had knives drawn while Neo was trying to prove there was no Spoon by bending it from existence. I was concerned for the bars safety but Doug and LiMu Emu assured me their insurance covers this.

Honorable evening mention goes out to the real MVPs @vicksinthefort and @djhautemess. Without them and their love of the party my evening wouldn’t have been as spectacular as it was.
